No ranking weights changed: a video weight renamed, notification filtering expanded
Video weight renamed, value unchanged
The 'react with video' weight was renamed 'post video'. Its default stays 0.0, so it still adds nothing to a post's score. No existing ranking weight changed value.

Video carousel can rank by overall score, but it's switched off
A new setting lets the video carousel use a post's main feed score. It defaults to 0.0 (off). The extra-candidates number (30) became a tunable setting with the same value.

More safety rules for notifications
New visibility rules decide which mentions and post notifications are dropped (for example from suspended, protected or spam accounts). A 'report appeals' option for the Under the Hood report was added, switched off.
